I have an infusionsoft campaign set up so that when they purchase a particular product, a tag set set that gives them the privilege to view pages on the website related to this tag, and this tag needs to be communicated back to joomfuse/joomla website via the http post in the campaign. I also send myself an email to let me know a customer made this purchase and the tag is set. Everything in the campaign seems to be working, except the tag does not seem to be communicated back to joomfuse/joomla because the corresponding user group for that tag does not get set. I do get the email notification, but the corresponding user group is not set in joomla for that tag.
The http post seems to be right on infusionsoft and is entered correctly and the user group/tags association is set up properly, but I am wondering if I am missing something? Does a chron job need to be set up to receive theses posts? Or perhaps something is not right in the infusionsoft campaign? I am attaching a few screen prints.
Hi and thank you for your support request.
If everything is set up correctly, then it should work. A couple of things to check, is the user being created in Joomla? Please double check the tag/user group mapping. Also, check to be sure you have the right URL for the HTTP Post. I have called the post for one site and then checked another to see if the user was updated (for example, a development site vs a live site).
Lastly, please give me the version of JoomFuse you are using. You can get that by going to Extensions -> Manage and search for JoomFuse. There will be several things listed, The version of the component is enough.
Let me know,

From what you have told me, all seems correct. The only way for me to diagnose this further is gain Super User access to your Joomla back end and Admin access to your Infusionsoft. That way I can do some testing and find out where the issue lies. For Infusionsoft you can add me as a partner by going to Admin -> Users -> Add Partner. Don't forget to slide the Admin switch to Yes.
You have almost the newest version of JoomFuse, so that should not be causing any problems. I can update yours when I am in there if you want.
Thank you for administrator access to your website. Did JoomFuse work properly when you set me up?
Once I have both, I'll do some testing and see if we can figure out what the issues are.
