We seem to be having issues with JoomFuse connection with Infusionsoft. We have confirmed that the connection in Infusionsoft is correct and is sending the notification to JoomFuse. JoomFuse is not completing the action within Joomla.
An example would be that when we cancel a membership there is a sequence that performs the trigger for JoomFuse to deactivate the member's access. That access is not being deactivated in Joomla.

This is being dealt with by us and Yolanda using our support ticketing system, where it belongs.
We acted on your first post and moved it to our support system.
There is no need to repost, it is being worked on.

Additionally, there are no specifics here that we can use to track why your setup is not performing as you think it should.

Anyway, we have an open ticket on this issue and have so far found out that one example was not a JoomFuse error as the tag was not removed before JoomFuse was called.
