Infusionsoft is now Keap, and JoomFuse keeps on working

Infusionsoft is now Keap®, but don't panic
Today Infusionsoft has changed the name of their company to Keap® and the Keap® product that you are all using is now called Infusionsoft by Keap®.

The most important thing to know is regardless of what they call it, it has no effect on you and things keep on working as they did yesterday! All of your Infusionsoft campaigns, forms, order forms, broadcasts, contacts, etc. still work like they did yesterday. And JoomFuse keeps (or should I say keaps) communicating with your Infusionsoft by Keap® app just like it did yesterday.

While nothing in your application has changed from yesterday to today, there will be some benefits coming as Keap® re-dedicates itself to improving Infusionsoft by Keap®.

Why the name change?
According to the announcement today, "...The name change is part of a multi-year company transformation to better serve small businesses. With the new brand comes the recent launch of a new product, Keap® , and enhancements to our flagship product, Infusionsoft by Keap®."

They have not been sold, bought or anything like that. They simply felt that this name better reflected what they want to represent to small businesses.

There are now two products:
  • Infusionsoft™ by Keap® = Infusionsoft Pro = the product you are using everyday. This has been around for the past 12 years or so.
  • Keap® with is the newer product with similar, but not identical functionality, which has been around for about 12 months.

We have known about this for awhile now and are excited about what the future holds for all of us with Keap®.

Bottom line nothing has changed for you, but the future is brighter.
